Primary guest must stay at the property. No smoking. No parties or events. NO PETS ALLOWED. The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter’s Agreement and upload a photo ID. GOLF CART (March-October ONLY): This property has a golf cart managed by a third-party provider, 30A Gulf Carts. To utilize the cart, guests are required to: Sign a separate liability waiver directly with 30A Gulf Carts. Provide a valid credit card for incidental coverage. Pay a non-refundable $30 handling fee. Detailed instructions for activation will be sent after booking. What We Provide: Initial starter supply of paper products, soap, and basic kitchen essentials.
