The space Riverview Ranch is a serene escape nestled on almost 300 acres along the banks of the Hiwassee River, just outside Chattanooga, surrounded by the rolling hills of East Tennessee. This idyllic retreat offers the perfect setting for family vacations, romantic getaways, and friendship excursions—where unforgettable memories unfold amid abundant wildlife and breathtaking natural beauty. The Magnolia is a beautifully appointed luxury tiny home with all the amenities! The primary bedroom boasts amazing river and mountain views, all for you to enjoy from the comfort of the heavenly queen adjustable bed! The full size kitchen comes with all the appliances and supplies you need to cook amazing meals throughout your stay. The picturesque living room includes a pull out sofa with gel foam mattress, two 360 degree swivel chairs, large flat screen TV with streaming services, sound bar, and plenty of movies and games. The home is complete with two all weather patios with geourgous views along with comfortable seating, outdoor fans, and lighting. Throughout your stay, access the 300 acre ranch with 7 catch and release ponds, hiking, biking and ATV off road trails. The property also includes an open air barn and plenty of scenic picnic spots. There is bountiful wildlife at your doorstep with deer, fox, turkey, and a variety of birds including our resident Bald Eagles! The property is also a working cattle ranch. All animals are wild and are wonderful to look at, but are not pets! Please review house rules prior to booking to ensure listing is a match!
