Very cozy 5-bedroom detached house (main floor & basement) in a peaceful and kid-friendly area. Beautifully designed and frequently updated home with high-quality furniture for you to feel like being home. The place is suitable for families of up to 10 people. Excellent location: 7-minute walk to Mimico Go (2 stops to Union Station) 2-minute walk to a bus stop to go directly to Royal York Subway, 10-15 minute drive to the airport/downtown. Great groceries/restaurants nearby. The space The renting space includes everything on the main floor and basement. Main Floor includes three BRs (two are with a queen-sized bed and the 3rd one has a double-size bed), a 4pc bathroom (toilet, basin, shower, bathtub), kitchen, living room, and dining room. Basement: a second living room, a 3pc bathroom (toilet, basin, shower), and 02 bedrooms. The bedroom in the back has an ensuite full bathroom. Other details are: - Private backyard with a patio and BBQ - The driveway allows 02 cars parking - Comfy living room with a genuine leather sofa and a love seat and a 55-inch smart Samsung TV with Netflix/Prime. - Updated kitchen with stainless steel stove/oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, rice cooker, fruit blender, and all basic essentials to cook (oil, salt, pepper (black and red), sugar, vinegar) - Laundry unit with all essential laundry supplies. The place is well accommodated for an ideal group of one or two families up to a total of 10 persons (ideally 6 adults + 4 children) due to the bed availability, dining room space, and our host insurance policy. (In some cases we can consider to host up to 11 persons with an extra-bed (single-size) provided). Bedding: we change fresh bedding sets including duvet covers and comforters (used during summer time) in every check-in. Attention: 1) Before booking, please carefully read our house rules on non-smoking of all kinds (inside and outside in close proximity of the premises); NO parties/events are permitted. 2) We may require in-person ID verification/in-person check-in. 3) As general rule during travel, Pls Always have your travel/car insurance during your trip.
