Close to Utah State University and downtown Logan (20 min drive), Bear Lake (1hr 10min drive), and many other outdoor adventures! The space Guest suite is a basement apartment. 2 bedrooms both with queen beds. 1 bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Located in a new build in a quiet neighborhood within an hour drive or less to many outdoor activities. Guest access Full access to basement apartment suite and backyard patio. For parking, you have a designated parking spot (off of the street) for two, full sized cars or trucks only several steps from the entry. Street parking available in non-winter months. Other things to note Please note that there is canal behind the house that is not fenced off. For families with small children, please keep an eye on your children if you are in the backyard. If you are interested in having a bonfire on the back patio, let us know! We have a Solo stove and hot dog/s'more roasters for your use. We will also provide wood, kindling, and matches/lighter. Instructions for use of the Solo stove will be provided. We have 2 sit-on-top solo kayaks and 1 inflatable stand up paddle board for rent, if you plan an adventure out to Bear Lake. We can help you load them onto your car. Per Day Rental Cost $30/kayak (includes oar and life vest) $40 for paddle board (includes paddle and life vest)
