The project includes new pavers, landscaping, and underground electrical work. Access to the property is expected to remain open, but temporary changes may affect vehicle access and onsite parking. Parking will still be included; however, when the property’s parking area is temporarily unavailable, the City will provide alternative parking approximately one block away. Some construction noise may also be heard around the property during working hours. Our rates have already been adjusted to reflect this temporary inconvenience, but we prefer to inform all future guests in advance.
