Washing machine in the utility room. Pets: One pet allowed. Outside Space: Private fully enclosed back garden with a small lawn, garden furniture and benefits from the sounds of a trickling stream.  Parking: Allocated parking space for one car.  There is no EV charging point at the premises and EV charging is not allowed using sockets inside the property.  General: WiFi provided. Heating and electric included in rent. Bed linen and towels are provided. This property is not suitable for children or infants.
