We designed and stocked this house just as we would want if we were traveling. KITCHEN-- Fully stocked! Coffee, Teas, Sugar, and Creamers are provided. Paper Towels, Ziploc Bags, Aluminum Foil, Salt & Pepper are provided. Pots, Pans, Bakeware, Crock Pot, Toaster, Blender, Roaster, Tupperware, Plates, Bowls, Glasses, Silverware are provided. LIVING ROOM-- Comfortable couch and 2 chairs to watch the 55 in HDTV. ROKU available; you must log in to your streaming services. BEDROOMS-- NEW memory foam mattresses in all bedrooms. Room darkening curtains in all bedrooms. BATHROOM-- Shampoo, Conditioner, & Body Wash are provided. Hairdryer, Towels, and Toilet Paper are provided. KIDS-- We want your experience to be relaxing and totally stress free. If you have kids let us know--we provide toys, booster seat, kids cups, plates, and utensils. Other items available on request. Just ask us and we will try to provide whatever you need. ***There is a railroad track behind the house. It is not very active but a recent guest was surprised by it and so I want to mention it. Also, the next door neighbor has an exotic bird that can make some “unusual” chirps and bird noises.*** Guest access Carport and Driveway for Parking. Please don’t park on the road or in the grass. Other things to note PET POLICY We know it can be hard to leave your four-legged friends at home, so we are happy to host guests with dogs. If you are traveling with a pet, please let us know. 1. Please only bring your well behaved, well-traveled pets. 2. Please keep your dogs on a leash when they are outside (except the backyard). Do not let them roam free. Please clean up after them!! 3. No pets on the furniture. Please us a dog bed, blanket, or crate. 4. No aggressive or loud dogs are permitted. No pit bulls--our homeowners insurance does not allow this breed. Finally, by bringing a pet on the property, you agree to assume full responsibility for your pet. If your pet causes any injury or harm to other people or to the property, you will be 100% liable for any necessary treatment, care, or repair.
