Welcome and relax at our newly renovated home Bayview Breeze, with water view of Monroe Bay on a quiet street on "the point" in Colonial Beach. The house is perfect for a quiet retreat or family gathering with tons of space, including a large fenced-in back yard. Feel the breeze and watch gorgeous sunsets from the large screened-in porch - a perfect space to relax or enjoy family meals. Downtown attractions, restaurants and beaches are close enough to walk, bike or access by golf cart. The space A beautiful new kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, regular and Keurig coffee makers, blender, two full size refrigerators and plenty of cookware, utensils and dishes to prepare and serve big meals. A separate dining room has a large dining table with eight chairs. A comfortable living room is perfect for a family gathering. Large sectional sofa, separate seating area, a table that seats 4-6 and a 65" flat screen Smart TV. Free WiFi, x-box 360, board games and DVD player with lots of movies are available for guests. The table is great for playing board games, cards, or a separate area for kids to eat while the adults are in the dining room. A separate laundry room/mud room with washer and dryer are available and also has an outdoor entrance to leave your flip flops and drop off beach towels. Three bedrooms with new carpet. Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed and ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a king size bed. Bedroom room 3 has a double bed. Each bedroom has a closet and dresser for storing your belongings. 2 full bathrooms are available. Both bathrooms have been renovated and one has a bathtub. The couch has a pull out bed. The large screened in porch has a table that seats 8 and a separate seating area to relax. The porch is our favorite spot to enjoy a crab feast(without insects!) and quiet spot to have morning coffee and listen to the seagulls. A large fenced-in backyard is a great safe place for kids and dogs to play. A propane grill is available for use. The driveway has plenty of room for several cars and can fit a truck and trailer - so bring your boat. Coastal/beach theme decorations, black-out curtains in all bedroom, central heating and A/C, linens and towels provided. Guest access Plenty of off street parking is available in the driveway. The access code for the smartlock will be provided 24 hours prior to check-in. Other things to note Only well trained pets (dogs) permitted with approval. Guests have full access to house except garage, attic and three small closets. Town amenities: Golf cart community, golf cart rental, boat ramp, kayaking, restaurants, bars with bands, off track betting, public beaches, winery, seafood, fishing, Brewery, coffee house, boardwalk with pier, food trucks, playgrounds, tennis and pickle ball courts, historical landmarks nearby.
