PLEASE READ THIS: From June through October we will only be renting by the week, 7 days from Saturday to Saturday. THIS POLICY IS FIRM. From November through April there will be a three night minimum. You can walk/drive into Acadia National Park with access to hiking trails and the park loop road. Convenient walk to downtown, where you can access the free Island-wide bus system. Leave your car parked. NO PETS(due to allergies) & NO CHILDREN UNDER AGE 12, due to the layout and open staircases. The space Beginning in 2022 we rent this space by the week - Saturday to Saturday, from June through October. It is very convenient to hiking trails in Acadia National Park and a quick walk to the downtown village with all the shops and restaurants. No need to use your car while visiting. There is a free Island-wide bus service. There is a sitting/BBQ area just outside your entrance. Guest access There is free WiFi and a BlueRay/DVD player combo. Also a stereo with Bluetooth, and you can plug your iPod or MP3 player into. We do have streaming Smart TV, to access your own Netflix/Hulu, etc accounts. Other things to note There is NOT a full kitchen. However, it does have an induction cooktop, microwave, convection oven, small refrigerator and Toaster/oven, coffee maker, kettle, many pots/pans and plenty of kitchen gadgets. And if you need something and can't find it, chances are we've got one in the main house. Just ask.
