Sunsail Cottage is a gorgeous, coastal modern styled 3 bedroom home, nestled in a quaint neighborhood in the heart of Crystal Beach! Accommodating up to 8, it's perfect for two small families, a couples trip, or a friends getaway! Our spacious layout, modern design, and private pool will have you entering "relax" mode from your first steps inside. We take time to put important information here that we need each guest to take into consideration when booking our home. While not all items listed may apply to your stay, we host guests of various group compositions so we must list all rules that could apply to a trip. Thank you for your understanding! • We are including a six passenger golf cart for trips booked & staying October 2025 til March 1 2026. This promotion is not for any time period other than dates specified. Trip MUST be 4 days or more to qualify for a free golf cart. Must be a licensed & insured driver over age 25. • We are pet friendly for up to 2 dogs per booking, but we do charge a $200 pet fee to be able to host others that may have allergies we have a deeper clean done, no exceptions. Only house trained pets are permitted, and if planned to leave unattended they must be crated to avoid damage. It is required to clean up after your pet, both inside and out, or additional fees will be assessed. ESA (Emotional Support Animals) are subject to the pet fee, as they do not fall under ADA compliant service animal requirements. It is a crime in our state to impersonate a service animal, so we appreciate your honesty in this matter. • Pool heating is not included in your stay. Pricing does vary based on length of stay, so if your group wants to enjoy this amazing amenity just inquire when booking. • Our cleaners supply a courtesy supply of toiletries for roughly the first day or so of your stay (toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, bar soap, laundry soap, dish detergent) but guests are responsible for any additional supplies needed. We do not stock spices, oils, sunscreen, food storage (Ziplocs, foil, etc.) so please plan accordingly if you'll need these items. • We do provide beach towels for guests to use poolside or at the beach, as we ask guests to please not use any white towels in these spaces. Any other beach/pool items are not provided or guaranteed. • Check-in is 4:00 PM CST and check-out is 10:00 AM CST. • Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed, but may be possible upon request. • Luggage is not to be left at the property after check-out due to liability. • Guests are not able to have mail shipped to the property, as we do not have access to the mailbox. • No student groups or guests under 25 are permitted. This includes spring break groups. • No underage drinking or illegal activity of any kind is allowed. • No noise past 10pm local ordinance. • If police or local authorities are called and eviction is necessary, no refunds will be issued, and the full security deposit may be forfeited depending on the situation. • Pets must be approved in advance. • A maximum of 2 house-trained dogs are permitted with a $200 non-refundable pet fee due before check-in. • Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are subject to the pet fee; only ADA-registered service animals are exempt. Impersonating a service animal is a criminal offense in our state. • Guests are expected to clean up after their pets. An additional $50 fee may apply for excess cleanup. • Golf cart use is not included with your stay. Please inquire about availability and pricing. • Guests must be 25 years or older to operate the golf cart. Not permitted for student groups or anyone under age 25. • Pool heating is not included. Please inquire about pricing, which varies by season and length of stay. • Please inquire about pool heating. Pool heating cannot be offered if outdoor temperatures are below 55°F. • Private pool is used by registered guests only. No pets permitted in the pool. • Only registered guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. • No unapproved visitors, drop-ins, or extra overnight guests allowed. • If your guest count changes, your reservation must be updated in advance. • Do not rearrange furniture in the home. • Any cleanup of bodily fluids (indoors or outdoors) will result in additional cleaning and sanitation charges, and may cause partial or full loss of deposit. • Trash must be taken to the curb on Monday and Thursday evenings for Tuesday and Friday pickup. • Excess trash or missed pickup days may incur additional charges. • Trash cans must be returned to the home after pickup. Failure to do so may result in an HOA citation, which will be passed on to the guest. • No trash or debris should be left around home or outdoors at any time.
