A cozy vacation home for you alone - only 1 hour from Munich! The lovingly and modernly furnished vacation home is located in the Vorauf vacation park in the middle of nature in a very quiet location. Walks, hikes and bike tours start at the front door. The classic winter sports resorts of Ruhpolding, Inzell, Berchtesgaden are nearby between 6-35 km. The Steinplatte is a 30-minute drive away. You can reach the Mozart city of Salzburg in 20 minutes, Lake Chiemsee in 15 minutes. The space The living space of the vacation home is divided into a ground floor and an upper floor. The upper floor is accessible only via a relatively steep staircase. The maximum occupancy in the vacation home is 6 people. Ideal for 3-4 people. Ground floor: - Cozy large living room with large open room - Sofa & wing chair as well as TV - Large dining table and complete amenities for exuberant group excursions - Fully equipped kitchen: stove, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave/oven with grill function - Large balcony - Bedroom with a queen size bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) - Wardrobe and storage space - Bathroom with bathtub, shower and toilet - Entrance area and hallway Upper floor: - Bedroom (lockable) with two single beds as well as two extra mattresses and wardrobe - Retreat room open downwards incl. sofa (can be folded out to a double bed) Garden: - The house has a large, open garden (directly adjacent there are trees in a forest-like area that invites children to play and discover) Guest access Guests have full access. Other things to note The little ones are also taken care of. There is a children's mattress (inflatable), toys, children's books, high chair. On request, we are happy to try to meet other needs. Pets only on request. The house itself, the walls and the floors are made of wood. The wooden construction can cause "creaking" noises. Because of this, it is also very noisy, so we recommend that sensitive sleepers take earplugs with them. It should be noted that the house is in the middle of nature, so it can happen from time to time that you have spiders or spider webs in the house. We therefore do not recommend our place to people who cannot cope with this. There are towels on site, but you are welcome to bring your own, as the demand can sometimes exceed the supply, but we try to be as sustainable as possible here.
