A stone's throw from the Gallerie dell'Accademia in an elegant setting overlooking the Zattere The space It is a comfortable apartment located on the first floor of a completely renovated building. The design of this accommodation has been studied in detail to make your stay particularly pleasant. Two bathrooms with a shower, a double bedroom that can be transformed into a double room with a space for a wardrobe and, in the large living room, a sofa bed for two people that can be transformed into a double bed. Natural colors predominate throughout the apartment. The kitchenette is perfectly equipped. A flat-screen TV, internet connection, individual air conditioning and heating complete the amenities of this apartment. A fully equipped laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, sink, ironing board, and iron is available to all guests and is located on the ground floor of the building. On the roof of the building there is a very nice terrace that offers a beautiful view of the Giudecca Canal. Guest access On the Zattere there are numerous boat stops that connect the city to various destinations. Santa Lucia Railway Station, the parking lots of Piazzale Roma and Tronchetto are easily accessible by the vaporetto whose stop is not far away, as is the stop of the Alilaguna Linea Blu shuttle that connects Marco Polo Airport with Venice. The parking lot/Fusina Terminal is also connected by a shuttle with a stop at the Zattere. Less than five minutes from the apartment, at the end of Rio Terrà Foscarini, there is the Accademia bridge. Once you cross it, you will find yourself in the San Marco district and just a few minutes from the famous square. Other things to note THINGS TO KNOW The apartment must be vacated by people and things by 11:00 on the day of departure. We remind our guests that: - Dishes must be left clean - Waste must be disposed of according to the rules of the city of Venice that are specified inside the apartment. EXTRA SERVICES FOR CHECK OUT To make you enjoy your stay in Venice, an external operator is able to offer the following services: - 40.00 euros for the collection and transport to the Ecocenter of the garbage left at home - 10.00 Euro for dishwashing CHECK-IN: from 3:00 to 7:30 p.m. CHECKOUT: By 11:00 AM If you arrive before 3pm, let us know! We will be happy to help you and leave your luggage at the apartment before the usual check-in time. For arrivals to the office time (after 7:30 pm) upon specific request and depending on the availability of our staff we can organize "late arrivals" at an extra cost.
