The design of this accommodation has been studied in detail to make your stay particularly pleasant. Two bathrooms with shower, a double bedroom that can be converted into a double room with a space for a wardrobe and, in the large living room, a sofa bed for two that can be converted into a double bed. Natural colors predominate throughout the apartment. The kitchenette is perfectly equipped. Flat-screen TV, internet connection, individual air conditioning and heating complete the equipment of this apartment. A fully equipped laundry room with washing machine, dryer, sink, ironing board and iron is available for all guests and is located on the ground floor of the building. On the roof of the building there is a lovely altar that offers a beautiful view of the Giudecca Canal. Guest access On the Zattere there are numerous boat stops that connect the city to various destinations. The Santa Lucia Railway Station, the parking lots of Piazzale Roma and Tronchetto are easily reached by the steamboat whose stop is a short distance away, as not far away is the Alilaguna Blue Line shuttle stop that connects Marco Polo airport with Venice. Parking/Terminal Fusina is also connected by a shuttle with a stop at the Zattere. Less than five minutes from the apartment, at the end of Rio Terrà Foscarini, there is the Accademia bridge. Once crossed you will find yourself in the sestriere of San Marco and a few minutes from the famous square. Other things to note IMPORTANT INFORMATION The apartment must be cleared of people and things by 11:00 am on the day of departure. We remind our guests that: - Dishes should be left clean - The waste must be disposed of according to the rules of the city of Venice that are specified inside the apartment. ADDITIONAL SERVICES FOR CHECK OUT To make the most of your stay in Venice, an external operator is able to offer the following services: - 40,00 Euro for the collection and transport to the Ecocenter of the garbage left at home - €10.00 for dishwashing CHECK-IN: from 15.00 to 19.30 CHECK-OUT: By 11.00 am If you arrive before 3pm let us know! For arrivals outside office hours (after 7.30 pm) on specific request and depending on the availability of our staff we can arrange "late arrivals" at an extra cost. We ask you to inform us as soon as possible of the time when you plan to arrive in Venice.
