The open plan gourmet kitchen has all your cooking essentials and will have you cooking up a storm like Curtis Stone or Jamie Oliver. With ample refrigeration, there is plenty of space to store artisan food produced by locals that you can pick up at the many local markets, or along the “Wine Food Farmgate Trail” in the Mornington Peninsula hinterland. Don’t forget to pick up an award-winning bottle of Pinot Noir for which the Mornington Peninsula region is famous, or perhaps a bottle of Pinot Gris or Pinot Grigio – two of the newer varietals in the region. Amidst tropical landscaping, enjoy your morning coffee on the private side deck, or soak up the warm morning rays of sun on one of the sun lounges on the entertainment deck - the choice is yours. The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. Guests have the choice of hiring the following: Towel Set Hire - Guests can hire a towel set for $10 per person which includes 1 bath towel and 2 tea towels (for only the first ordered towel set). We ask all guests to please clean the BBQ after use, or a $50 fee will be charged. Delivery Fee - If any items are hired, there will be a one-off delivery / set-up fee of $40. If the stay is longer than 7 days, ask management for any additional pricing. For towel hire, advise Ready Set Stay with 48 hours notice as last minute requests may not be possible. Lost or damaged hired linen / towels may incur costs. Ready Set Stay will assume no towel sets are requested for hire unless advised.
