Hilltop Red house is the perfect vacation home to relax after a full day of surfing or exploring Tofino. This property offers breathtaking views from every room. Situated on a hilltop, right in town, for quick access to restaurants and shops, this is great place for families. Guests love how easy it is to stroll to the town's harbour, go whale watching, visit the sea otters, and other wildlife in their natural habitat. The space This home and location is the perfect place for a family getaway. On the main floor, you will find the first bedroom with two single beds. Down the hall is a bathroom with a stand up shower. Upstairs consist of a second room that is a loft-style space with a king bed and a full ensuite shower and bathtub. Relax in the bubble bath while taking in the amazing mountain and water views. The living room features an open concept space that is great for entertaining or perfect for a relaxing evening. The double size pull out couch sleeps an additional guest. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook your meals in with all the essentials. Enjoy eating dinners at the luxurious dining table that seats up to six guests. Just off the dining area is access to a small patio where you can BBQ or sit and enjoy the beautiful views. Guest access For ease of use the home has self-check-in so you can arrive at your convenience. The code will be provided to the guest prior to check in. Other things to note Host Rules: Renter's Agreement: Guests must sign the Renter's Agreement to confirm their reservation. Age min: must be 25 years or older to book Max Occupancy: 5 guests total including babies and infants. During peak summer season (June 15 - Sept 15), 3 night minimum and all bookings must be back-to-back to avoid gaps (unless it fills a 2 night gap) 3 night minimum stay for all Canadian Statutory Holidays. If you receive a "host unavailable" message despite seeing availability, please contact us. Our booking system has specific rules and may require manual adjustments. Pet Policy: 1 dog allowed only (40 lb max) Parking: 1 vehicle can park at the property (free). Additional vehicles will have to park on the street. There is FREE street parking from Nov-May and PAY parking May-Oct 31 Please note: A long-term tenant lives on-site in a separate caretaker suite as per Tofino Bylaws Strict Quiet Hours: 10pm to 8am - please be respectful of the neighbors and locals! Cancellation Policy: We offer a 30 day Cancellation policy. If you provide us with the 30 days required notice you will receive a full refund (minus any pesky VRBO processing fees). If you cancel without the required days notice you will not receive a refund for your reservation. Accidental Damage Protection: Accidental Damage Protection is included in the total cost of your reservation—there is no additional fee after booking, as it is automatically applied at the time of purchase. This coverage protects against accidental damages up to $1,000 that may occur during your stay. Please note: This protection does not apply to damages caused by parties, unauthorized events, or negligent behaviour. It is strictly intended for unintentional mishaps that may happen while you're staying in the home.
