The open dining room can be accessed from the kitchen, with island seating and a 10 person dining table. The dining room also opens into the wrap around deck which holds a gas BBQ. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils including an instapot, rice cooker, toaster, blender, grinder, electric skillet (for emergencies) and a vast assortment of pots and pans, dishes, cutlery etc. .. perfect for serving up a warm meal. Due to fire hazard (generally mid May-mid Nov) time, no burning is allowed in the fire pit by the order of Fire Marshal. The violators may get arrested by the fire marshal. However, we can sleep up to 14. Also, due to the extra wear and tear, especially on the septic and water usage, we charge an extra person fee for groups over 10 guests (automatically added). Absolutely no extra guests in the property (even for any short duration during the daytime) other than what is declared in the reservation. You may add extra guests later, after discussing with the hosts and possibly for extra fees. You have access to the whole house, game room, movie theater, backyard and the side yard. We do not live locally, but are available by phone, email, or through the app. Our wonderful cleaner is available on-location for immediate needs. IMPORTANT: Separate RENTAL AGREEMENT Once you complete the reservation, you will receive a link to a separate Rental Agreement from Moose Junction.  This agreement must be read and acknowledged for the rental. to be active PET POLICY: You are welcome to bring along up to two well-behaved, house-trained dogs for a pet fee of $150. Please contact the host if you have more than two dogs at the time of making the reservation. The host have the right to decline the reservation based on the size and number of the dogs, if greater than two. If hosts agree, there would be $150 extra charge for each dog beyond two dogs. Please keep an eye on the pets, as for any scratches or damages due to the pets, the guests are liable to reimburse the fixing charges. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture and any damage caused by them will incur additional charges. There is no exception with dog/pet cleaning charges please, irrespective of emotional or service animals, as the cleaners charge us the cleaning fee for any pet presence. The fee goes directly to the cleaners for the extra cleaning they have do to remove pet hair etc. WEATHER AND OUTAGES: Sorry, we do not offer any refunds for storms, poor regional air quality, or weather-related outages (Comcast/Xfinity, PG&E, etc). We encourage you to stay informed as best you can about weather forecasts and any planned electric utility outages. The cabin has a propane driven generator to supply power to the house during a power outage. The generator will not, however, maintain broadband internet, if the Xfinity service goes down due to a widespread power outage. We encourage you to consider purchasing a separate travel insurance policy that can provide you coverage for last-minute cancellations. CELL PHONE COVERAGE Please note: cell phone reception is limited in the Arnold/Dorrington area. VERIZON (and its partners like Tracfone, Xfinity Mobile) tends to be the only provider that works. You can use the wi-fi to connect your phone to use some texting services to call outside. USING the Slides and Swing set and all other activities in the backyard: please understand that with any sort of activities in the backyard come(s) with risks of falls and injuries, specially when kids are playing, please always ensure adult supervision. Moose Junction will no way be liable for any injuries due to the backyard activities, negligence and/or unfortunate events. Guest access *Flat driveway with ample parking space, easily for ~5 cars. Even space for 3 point turn-arounds. *Property opens into pine tree forest with only one neighbor on one side * Quiet, peaceful neighborhood *Tons of hiking trails starting from the property Other things to note * Access via the Unique code generated by the Smartlock (please keep code handy) * Only Verizon (or xfinity via Verizon) works up in this area.
