It's a truly beautiful place to relax with family & friends or get away and work remotely. - 5min drive to Berkeley - 3min drive to downtown Montclair - 10min drive to lake Merritt - 20min drive to San Francisco Sleeps 6 comfortably The space is fantastic. The home is located on a hill will great views, a large kitchen (with everything you could possibly need), 3 renovated and comfortable bedrooms, 2 large decks for taking sun or relaxing in the evening and 3 bathrooms. Once you walk into the home everything opens up so you can leave all the upstairs windows and back doors open to have fresh air through the day and night. It's truly a beautiful space! I have a wine bar with over 35 high end wine glasses, 30 whiskey/margarita glasses/Champagne glasses and all the proper items to make any drink your hear desires. Attached is a wine fridge which can hold over 50 bottles. You have access to the entire home and storage units. Neighborhood is located in Montclair (i.e., Oakland Hills). Its a very beautiful and safe part of town. You can easily walk to a couple cafe's nearby. Car is preferred to get into Montclair Village but not required. Due to the COVID 5 step cleaning process, I will be charging an extra pet fee. This is important to ensure a deep clean incase someone has pet allergies or other types of concerns. This charge will be $100.00 total for Dog's or Cat's. I didn't want to charge this but I've seen from experience the wear and tear that occurs. Payment can be made through the app or another form of virtual payment that we agree on.
