This is put toward the extra time it takes our cleaner to get all hairs and messes even the cleanest, well-behaved dogs, along with the long term care we need to keep our house immaculate! Weather/Cancellations: We can not predict or control weather, so we don't offer refunds due to inclement weather. Please keep this in mind when booking, and if this is a concern we recommend purchasing travel insurance (AirBNB provides this while checking out!). No AC - but thankfully you're in the Rocky Mountains! Open the windows and turn on the ceiling fan and we promise you won't be thinking about AC!
