The Floridian Lake House brings all the amenities of modern living to the beautiful Lake June in Winter. Our lakefront vacation home boasts a rustic boardwalk that passes through half an acre of scenic marshland and a private dock with sunning deck to give guests an elevated view of the Cove at Lake June and her remarkable sunsets. Our house is located 14 miles from Sebring Raceway/Airport. The space The Floridian Lake House is modern, spacious, and comfortable. It boasts all the up-to-date amenities we've come to expect in 21st century Florida living and more. As a guest, you can expect a quiet and peaceful stay in this picturesque part of the Florida Heartland. During your visit, you will have access to the entire house and the garage. A 220v EV charger is also available in the garage. There is also ample dock space for two small boats such as wake boats, center consoles under 40 feet, kayaks, and jet skis. The H.L. Bishop park and free boat ramp with plenty of parking is located just three miles down the road to get your boats to our dock. Guest access You will need a vehicle or golf cart to get around. There isn't much in reasonable walking distance. At the property, there is parking space for four vehicles and two boat trailers. Please do not exceed this limit. Other things to note Boats and personal watercraft must be brought by the guest. The host does not provide any of these vessels.
