There are 3 bedrooms to include a Master Suite with a king bed. The two other rooms have queen beds. Onsite Washer and Dryer available in the garage also featuring Ping Pong Table, Dart board games for entertainment. Flexible Check-in / out SECURITY DEPOSIT: Please note that we use a third-party app called Happy Guest for all reservations. This allows you to choose between a non-refundable damage waiver or a fully refundable security hold, giving you flexibility and peace of mind during your stay. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining the property during your stay. Guest access Entire space plus all home amenities is included in this rental. Please make yourself at home. Other things to note This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $69 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
