Historic Bungalow in downtown De Pere, sleeps 8

Located in the heart of downtown De Pere, this 4-bedroom, 2-bath Craftsman Bungalow has 1920s charm along with many modern amenities, including WIFI, Roku TVs, self check-in with keypad, and updated bathrooms. Walk to local shops and restaurants, or across the river to St. Norbert College; explore the Fox River trail with a short 5-mile bike ride into downtown Green Bay; or take a quick 10-15 minute drive to Lambeau Field, Bay Park Square shopping mall, or Bay Beach Amusement Park. The space The first floor features a large Living Room with wood-burning fireplace, formal Dining Room with a large dining table that seats 8, fully stocked Kitchen, Bedroom with a queen bed, and updated full Bathroom with a large walk-in tile shower with rain massage system, jets, and hand shower. The second floor has three additional bedrooms. The Master Bedroom, although on the smaller side, has a queen foam mattress, TV, walk-in closet with shelves and hanging space, and direct access to the upstairs bathroom. The bathroom has a jetted champaign tub, apothecary sink, lighted make-up mirror, shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispenser, and hairdryer. Another bedroom features a queen foam mattress, mounted TV, seating area, mirror, and closet with shelves and hanging space. A third upstairs bedroom makes a great kids room with a twin day bed with pull-out trundle (making 2 twins or a split king bed), a desk/vanity with mirror, chalk board wall, mounted TV, multi-color LED lights, a reading area stocked with books, and a closet with various toys and activities. A desk with essential office supplies is available to all in the upstairs landing. The partially finished basement has a laundry room with washer, dryer, and sink. The family room features a 44" mounted TV, table for playing board/card games, and sofa that also turns into a double bed. The adjacent workout room features a gym floor with weight bench, free weights, resistance bands, medicine ball, yoga mats, and more! Take your yoga mats to the family room and practice on the nice wood floors. Parking for 3 cars is available in the driveway located off the alley. Additional parking may be available if needed. The backyard features a paver patio with umbrella table and seating. Extra outdoor camp chairs are located in the laundry room. The remainder of the back yard is divided into garden and lawn area. The garden is a "community garden" with raspberries and perennial herbs. A sour cherry tree in the side yard fruits in late June/early July. Feel free to pick the garden while you are staying at the property. Because we do consider it a community garden, a few respectful neighbors may pick also during your stay. Other things to note We do not accept pets at this time.
