Bathed in an abundance of natural light, the open dining & living area offers high ceilings, a fireplace, and a wet bar where you can prepare delicious afternoon cocktails before stepping out to the massive deck. Or, if you prefer to stay indoors, the large windows offer a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Upstairs, Mar y Sol has a private spacious primary bedroom retreat, featuring a king bed and an ensuite bath with separate tub and walk-in shower. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail on the private balcony with more amazing gulf views. The home also has three bedrooms on the main floor. Bedroom one has a queen bed, and bedroom two features two sets of queen over queen bunk beds. Bedroom three features a queen bed with a full sized futon. Additional bedding includes twin futons and 1 full sleeper sofa, making space for 16 to sleep comfortably. No pets are allowed. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age. The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).
