Our Heated* saltwater pool and spa is fenced year round, outdoor living with games, putting green, bikes, and scooters. The best part is; just minutes to downtown Gilbert, which gives you a ton of amazing bars, world-class restaurants, golf courses, hiking trails, entertainment and family-fun just out of our front door. This property is 2050 sq feet with 2 living spaces, a fully stocked kitchen, 2 eating areas, 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and can sleep 10 guests comfortably! Professionally staged, along with fresh linens, new memory foam mattresses, you will experience the comforts of a hotel with conveniences of being in a home. We have 3 Smart TV's with streaming capabilities for your binge watching needs! It's possible that you'll love spending time outside even more than spending time indoors! Enjoy the Arizona sunrises and sunsets on the back patio! Spend time relaxing in or next to our heated* saltwater lagoon pool (saltwater is gentler on the skin and eyes), spa, and putting green! Your private resort like oasis. There are a variety of yard games to enjoy in the stunning backyard as well. And if you need a break from the backyard, go for a spin through the neighborhood or to Downtown Gilbert on an array of bikes or scooters for the whole family. Bringing the kiddos? Along with a Pack ‘n Play and high chair, we have kid dishware, kid-centric pool toys, games and books to keep them entertained. Of course, safety is always top of mind, and we have safety stair gates, and a pool fence for the littles as well. Holidays are a 4 night minimum. -Service providers such as pool cleaners and landscapers are scheduled regularly for services while you're staying with us. They let themselves into the yard without notice. Our pool cleaner comes in the evening on Tuesday/Wednesday, our landscapers come Friday's sometime between 2pm-6pm. -Please note: Guests are expected to read & be willing to honor House Rules. No gatherings/parties allowed, only booked guests can be there at any time (unless discussed/approved and additional fees paid in advance.) - Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood with families/small children. We want you to have fun, but know that if you’re looking to throw a party, we are not the Airbnb for you. We’re respectful of our neighbors and don’t allow loud music or obscene language outdoors. -Additional security deposit may. Be required for every booking per House rules; booking implies agreement to pay deposit and honor house rules. - This is a non-smoking home therefore smoking inside, outside, or anywhere on the property is not permitted *Pool heat available September - May, by request* $75/night additional charge applies. Please verify that this amenity is available before booking. Please let us know 7 days in advance if you want this add on feature. Must prepay to use amenity.* *Pool Heating Information 1. Pool heating available September - May. Pool will be heated to 85 degrees. 2. Pool heating is a pre-paid amenity. $75/night, to be paid at least 7 days in advance. 3. Pool heating set temperature may be impacted due to outdoor air temperatures dropping below 50 degrees. We are not responsible for lower pool temperatures due to weather conditions like rain storms, cold temperatures. **We do not cool the pool during the summer months. ---------------------------------------- **Security cameras have been placed at the front of the home and in the backyard. Of course, there are no cameras inside the house. We are merely taking extra measures to secure our home when we’re not there. If our security cameras are tampered with, there is a $250 fine. Air Conditioning: Please note during summer months the A/C cannot go below 70 degrees as this freezes out the unit and it will not work. This will result in an uncomfortable stay. Pool Disclaimer-Pool and/or Spa DISCLAIMER: 1. Pools and/or spas pose a risk to all Guests and their family and friends. Risks can include but not be limited to bodily injury including permanent disability, paralysis, and even death. 2. These risks may result from circumstances such as the misuse of the pool and/or spa by yourself or others, or the unavailability of emergency medical care. Guest(s) acknowledge and understand that use of the pool and/or spa is at their own risk. Guest(s) assume full responsibility for the safety and well-being of all Guest(s) when using, congregating around or walking near the pool and/or spa. GUESTS AGREE TO CLOSELY MONITOR ALL CHILDREN AND/OR OTHER GUESTS (ESPECIALLY THOSE THAT CANNOT SWIM) TO ENSURE THEIR SAFETY AROUND THE POOL AND/OR SPA. 3. Guest(s) agree to indemnify, release from liability, and hold owner, including all Members, Managers and employees thereof, from any and all costs, expenses, legal proceedings, attorney fees, claims or demands whether from loss of life, damage to property or injury to you, your agent, family or other guests for use of the pool and spa. Located with easy access to freeways, a quick 20 min drive from PHX- Sky Harbor, 20 min drive to PHX- Mesa Gateway, 25 mins to Scottsdale, and less than 5 minutes to downtown Gilbert. Other things to note By Booking this home, all guests must agree to the following House Rules: 1. Check-in is at 3 pm. Check-out time is any time before 10 am. You're welcome to request an early check in or late checkout, subject to availability. We are unable to confirm availability until 24 hours prior to arrival or departure. Late check out fee will be applied for late check out. 2. Occupancy is limited to the number of guests you indicate on your reservation. Any additional guests or visitors must be approved by your host. 3. Parties, events, or excessive noise are not allowed. Please be respectful of our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9PM-8AM. Violations after our initial warning may result in your removal from the property. We are located in a residential community and, although this is a vacation destination, it's home to many people. As such we ask that you respect their privacy and peaceful environment. 4. We do not allow smoking of any kind anywhere on the premises; including the use of e-cigarettes and marijuana. Breaking this rule will incur a fee and removal from the property without refund. 5. Pets are not permitted. 6. Arizona is known for its heat, among other things, and the temperatures reach >115 degrees in the summer. This heat can be alarming and uncomfortable for those unfamiliar with the region - it will take some getting used too. Additionally, the A/C units work twice as hard to keep temperatures cool. As a result the home's temperature is set to 78 degrees during the summer months, you will find the A/C will continually run at this temperature and getting beyond that temp during the day is very difficult. It's best to wait until evening (after 8:00 pm) to cool the house lower than 78. 7. No Glitter. 8. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Guests recognize that they may personally purchase insurance to protect themselves in such events. 9. We understand accidents happen, so if there is any accidental or intentional damage caused to the home, please let us know prior to your departure. 10. This property may have video surveillance in outdoor public spaces to ensure the safety and security of all guests. There are no cameras inside the home. Noise meters may also be present in and around the property to ensure quiet hours are followed. Please try to keep the fun at a respectful decibel level during the day, but at night we ask for no loud noises after 9 pm — if this sounds like something that will not work for your group, our property might not be the right one for you. 11. Guests are prohibited from carrying or otherwise possessing a firearm at any time on property grounds, including carrying firearms in an open or concealed manner. This policy applies to all types of firearms. 12. Any items left behind can be sent back for a handling fee of $25 plus the cost to ship and must be prepared before the item will be sent. 13.
