Nostalgic King - First Floor

This house has appx. 700 sq. ft. and is very cozy for a night stay, a week stay or more. It has been updated with new flooring, paint, lighting, appliances and new bathroom. Bedroom has brand new mattress and box spring along with all new bedding. The living room has a brand new futon that folds out to a double bed. New TV in living room. Bathroom is equipped with towels, soaps, shampoo, all accessories needed for your overnight stay along with a First aid kit on site. The space This is the first floor of Nostolgic Queen Apt. The entrance is at the south side of house. There are two steps to enter. There is a kitchen, dining room, bathroom, 1 bedroom, and living room. These two rooms have a room divider and the living room has a New futon that turns into a double bed. The first floor has room enough for 4 to stay/sleep. There is a full stove/oven. One apartment size refrigerator. All new lighting and fans on both sides. The flooring is all brand new as are the doors and new kitchen window. Guest access Full first floor. Other things to note The apt. has Wifi and the code will be posted on coffee table. Also, a side note, please be honest and considerate during your stay at our home. When booking please book with honesty stating the correct amount of guests and treat the home with respect as if it were your own. If false information is given or the house is left very dirty additional fees will be incurred for these instances/services rendered. So please be respectful.
