Guest access To access the building, you must complete the web check in on our website and send us a valid government issued ID before 3:00 pm on the day of your arrival. This is a requirement set by building management. Important If you do not send your ID and complete the pre registration process, we will not be able to authorize your access to the building due to management policies. If this happens, our team will need to relocate your reservation based on availability. Reminder Check in begins at 3:00 pm. If your plans have you arriving later, that is perfectly fine. You will be able to access the building without any issues once the pre registration process has been completed. The building entrance is located on the second floor of the shopping center, past Starbucks and to the right of Chuck E. Cheese's. When you enter the lobby, you’ll need to check in and then go to the “PB” floor to access your tower (Monarca on the right, Chapulín/Colibrí on the left). On this floor, you’ll find the amenities desk where you can book your preferred time slots. At check-in, you’ll be given a key card to access the elevators. To complete this process, you’ll need to leave a valid ID with us and sign an agreement confirming that you’ll return the card at check-out. If you need parking during your stay, enter via Av. Miguel de Cervantes de Saavedra 240, just past the Volkswagen dealership. You’ll see a ramp—go down and follow the “Visitantes” signs. Security staff will assist you. On the day of check-out, please leave the access card on the table and send us a photo. (If the card is lost, a USD $120 charge will apply.) Sending the photo helps us confirm it was left in the apartment. Check-in: 3:00 PM Check-out: 11:00 AM The building also offers common areas you’ll share with other guests, such as the lobby, rooftop, and laundry room. Other things to note - A valid ID is required to register upon arrival. Remember, all guests are required to present their ID for access. - Due to the prime location, urban noise may be present at times—earplugs are available upon request. - Drug use and parties are strictly prohibited. This building is smoke-free. - Pets must not be left alone in the apartment and must be leashed in common areas. Any damage caused by pets will incur an additional fee. - Extra cleaning services are available for an additional cost - Security cameras are installed in common areas for guest safety. - Carbon monoxide detectors are installed in the apartments.
