Ocean view beach villa with private outdoor pool

Absolute dream location - right on the beach, in a beautiful bay, the swimming pool in the garden, the beach on the doorstep - this is our beach house with "yacht feeling," with rich sea views over the beach - you can't imagine it more wonderful - this location is unique for our region. Sofa and dining table offer plenty of sea from every seat. Not enough that the house has its own private swimming pool (attention: open only from June 1st June 1st to September 30th) The space The location is certainly the characteristic of the beach villa - so close to the sea that there is hardly anything, it really does not get any closer. Then also a private access to the beach, a swimming pool in the garden, and a view from the open living area made of glass - like on a cruise ship (I always think when I enjoy the view during a visit to the house). There is a small lawn area with playground equipment for kids, an extra playroom. And on the access side of the house, there is a large parking lot for several vehicles behind an electric entrance gate. The entire area is fenced in front and back - and in the middle with registration your four-legged friends are also welcome - this is literally a dog paradise. Please note that our beach outdoor pool has opening hours during the year - it is open from June 1st June to September 31. Guest access Our Finistère is characterized by its great still intact nature, and is not as crowded as other tourist corners of Brittany. Yes, why not live in the great tranquility of Finistère, and organize a few nice excursions when you feel like it. If the "hype" of the excursion destination ever becomes too stressful for you, you are wonderfully quiet with us. Brittany offers so much interesting, a little bit of the travel guide and you will even find very nice destinations in the immediate vicinity, for example the very picturesque, "British" Roscoff, the beautiful peninsula of Crozon, or then further south the Pt. du Raz, or Concarneau (famous for the crime stories of Commissioner Dupin) or even the artist hosting Pont Aven... and so on... you will love Brittany at the latest, if you do not already do it now!! Other things to note For a long time now we have been active in our magnificent Finistère as an agency, the surroundings are picturesque and you will be spoiled by nature - you will be amazed how much space you will find everywhere, even in the high season our North Finistère is never overcrowded. This is "THE" advantage for guests who like to relax properly and really "come down". All this in and with our wonderful nature (often we say ourselves - here the world is still in order - the air is clean, the water is clear and the Bretons are incredibly warm, friendly people). However, this beach house has a location like we have never been able to discover before. In Plouneour Très directly on the beach, with fantastic sea views; you cannot be closer to the sea - a private gate gives direct access to the beach - and then a swimming pool in the garden - incredible for a pretty holiday villa. The "sentier cotier" in front of the house invites you, even with your dog, to wonderful walks. We especially love the expanse at low tide - sand as far as the eye can see and 6 hours later sea as far as the eye can see. And just around the corner is a small pizzeria, a café and a beach bar... that's rare here in Finistère, you will love the location of the house, at least that's how we feel!!
