Sunrise Mall and a full range of restaurants, grocery stores, and shops are within a 5-minute drive. McClellan Airport is nearby for private aviation. Downtown Sacramento and the American River Parkway are about 20 minutes away. Easy freeway access via Highway 50 and Interstate 80. A car is recommended for getting around Carmichael. Guest access Laundry is at the back of the building. *Important: Though our smart TVs have streaming apps installed (Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime), guests would need to log in with their own credentials. Please remember to logout of the apps at checkout. AC usage: To ensure the air conditioning system functions properly during your stay, please avoid setting the temperature below 72 degrees. Setting it too low can cause the coils to freeze, which may lead to a temporary loss of cooling. Keeping the thermostat at a moderate level will help maintain a comfortable environment throughout your visit. HVAC visit due to coil freezing because of setting the temperature too low will be charged to the guest. Pool cleaning is every Thursday. There is a stain in the bathroom sink that cannot be removed even after using strong solution. Other things to note Important Property Information & House Rules: To help ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable stay for all guests and residents, please carefully review the following property rules and policies. By booking and staying at the property, you agree to comply with these requirements. Security & Noise Monitoring: For security purposes, a surveillance camera is installed at the front entrance and is directed toward the exterior of the property only. There are no cameras inside the home. The property is also equipped with a NoiseAware device that monitors noise levels to help prevent disturbances. This device does not record conversations or audio, and no sounds can be heard or accessed through the system. House Rules (Strictly Enforced) >No Pets >No Smoking or Vaping >Smoking, vaping, marijuana use, and any other form of smoking are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including all indoor and outdoor areas of the apartment complex. Please note: The apartment community is a non-smoking property. Other residents' actions do not grant permission to smoke. Cigarette butts, ashes, and extinguished cigarette materials must never be left on the property. Guests who wish to smoke must do so off-property and in compliance with local regulations. No Parties or Events: Parties, gatherings, celebrations, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette parties, events, hangouts, and similar activities are not permitted. Respect the Community: Please be courteous and respectful to neighbors and other residents at all times. Quiet Hours: Loud music, excessive noise, and disturbances are not permitted, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Guest Limits: Only registered guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property. Unapproved visitors or overnight guests are not allowed. Check-in: After 4:00 PM Check-out: By 11:00 AM Self check-in is available via smart lock. Property Care: To help keep the home in excellent condition: >Do not wash dishes in the bathroom sink. >Do not burn candles, incense, or any other open flames. >Keep doors locked at all times for your safety and security. >If you open it, close it. If you borrow it, return it. >If you turn it on, turn it off. If you use it, take care of it. >If you move it, put it back. If you make a mess, clean it up. >If you damage something, please notify us immediately. Mail & Deliveries: Personal mail deliveries are not permitted. NO mailbox. Amazon package deliveries needs to be delivered in front of the unit. Internet Usage: Internet service is provided for reasonable personal use. Excessive data usage that exceeds the property's internet plan limits may result in a $50 charge. Toiletries & Starter Supplies: Complimentary toiletries and supplies provided in the bathroom are intended as a starter kit for your arrival. For extended stays or additional needs, guests are responsible for purchasing any extra supplies.
