The space The self-contained beach house has 2 large bedrooms accommodating 5 guests Bedroom 1 has 1 queen bed side tables and lamps Bedroom 2 had 1 queen bed and 1 single bed bed side tables and lamps. Quality cotton bedding on all beds. Enjoy spacious timber floored open plan living / kitchen/ dining area, with child friendly dining table and chairs and comfortable leather couches. From the fully equipped kitchen, where you can enjoy fleshly prepared Coffee, tea, hot chocolate with your choice of milk, you enter through glass doors into a beautiful glass conservatory, which leads onto open decking with BBQ area and a small gated yard, all surrounded by privacy screens. There is one bathroom with shower and European laundry. Wash away your worries using supplied bulk shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Each guest is offered 2 towels and face washer with bath mat and hand towels in bathroom. Laundry requirements are supplied . There is an out door clothes line and freestanding clothes horse for inside drying The toilet is separate and ample paper Via the side gate, before entering the house after enjoying your day the beach, the after beach entry takes you to an external hot/cold shower. Beautiful parkland with playground and cricket pitch, surrounded by native trees is only meters away. Native birds, Koalas, wombats echidnas are often spotted.
