The space Step inside this modern, single-level cottage and discover a bright, open-plan interior perfect for gathering. The spacious living area features a large sectional sofa and a smart TV, flowing seamlessly into a well-appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a large island that seats four. Share meals and make memories around the spacious dining table with seating for eight. The cottage features four comfortable bedrooms and two full bathrooms; all conveniently located on the main floor: ● Master Bedroom: A relaxing sanctuary with a king-sized bed and a private en-suite bathroom. ● Second Bedroom: Furnished with a cozy queen-sized bed, ample dresser space, and a closet. ● Third Bedroom: Also furnished with a cozy queen-sized bed, dresser, and closet. ● Fourth Bedroom: A fun “bunk room” for kids, featuring a custom-built twin-over-twin bunk bed and an additional full-sized bed. Outside, your private oasis continues on a peaceful wooded lot. Unwind on one of the three decks, listen to the tranquil sounds from the lake, or gather your family for s'mores around the fire pit. Guest access Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire house and its amenities, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living spaces, and the outdoor yard with its decks and fire pit. A small owner's closet located in one of the bathrooms will remain locked and is not available to guests. Other things to note ● Lake Michigan Proximity: Please note that while the cottage is located very close to the lake, it does not have direct or private beach access on the property. Public beach access is a short 3-minute drive away. ● Neighborhood Viewing Deck: For your safety and to respect our neighbors, we ask that you please remain on the designated seating area of the bluff lookout. The surrounding areas are private property, and attempting to scale the bluff is strictly not permitted.
