It is the same distance to Kingston's historic/entertainment district as well as groceries, beer and liquor, Movie theatre and designer outlet mall. This bright clean suite is more like a hotel as it has no permanent occupant and receives a complete cleaning between each stay. Kitchen has basics for cooking and eating. Drip coffeemaker and filters are also provided, as well as toaster, microwave and electric kettle Private entrance with parking steps from the door. As well as shed storage for 2 bicycles While it is in the basement every room has at least one window that opens and includes appropriate safety features like emergency exit windows, smoke and CO detectors and fire extinguisher.
