Other things to note The building administration recently implemented a new rule, requiring all guests to provide a credit card upon arrival, whereby they will put a hold on the card for $5,000 pesos. This hold is managed by the building administration, and is meant to cover any damages caused to the common areas. *Note: There is currently construction underway in the lot adjacent to the original Peninsula building. Work happens during the day, Monday to Friday, and half days on Saturday.
