Favorite house with pool, 1 hour from Paris

Less than 100 km from Paris, south of Fontainebleau (25 min), located in the small, very quiet hamlet of Lorrez-le-bocage-Préaux, in the countryside, La Maison Bocager is a confidential address. It is in this old small farmhouse with a rustic look that you will discover a quiet place. Nothing ostentatious here, but it can't be confused with anything else! The spacious living area, measuring approximately 70 m² (750 sq. ft.), combines an open-plan kitchen, dining room, and living room. In the center, a wood-burning stove for winter evenings by the fire. Opposite the living room, a 2.50-meter (8.2-foot) bay window opens onto the wooden terrace (45 m² / 484 sq. ft.), which serves as the entrance to the garden. Upstairs, a mezzanine gallery leads to the three bedrooms and one bathroom. The bedrooms (all equipped with 5-star hotel bedding) Bedroom 1: 2 beds 90 × 200 cm, which can be joined to form a 180-cm bed. Bedroom 2: 1 bed 160 × 200 cm + mezzanine with 90 × 200 cm mattress. Bedroom 3: 1 bed 160 × 200 cm + mezzanine with 120 × 200 cm mattress. Please note: The stairs to the bedroom mezzanines are steep and not recommended for children under 8 years old. Two baby cots available upon request. Bathroom Walk-in shower and vintage zinc bathtub. Outside Enclosed, wooded garden of 1,200 m² (13,000 sq ft), facing the wheat fields. 45 m² wooden terrace. Above-ground swimming pool (6 m × 3 m, depth 1.30 m) open from June to September, weather permitting. Trampoline (up to 150 kg), ping-pong table, BBQ. Cherry-tree house for little ones (under 5 years of age). Parking: one or two cars in the secure courtyard, which is closed by a gate. Guest access You will have access to the entire house. Upon arrival, you can park a car in the secure courtyard and closed by a large gate. Other things to note SHEETS & TOWELS Please note that we provide sheets and towels for all bedrooms as they are 35cm cup sheet covers. They are well included in the price. BABY SITTING For parents staying with children, we can put you in touch with a trusted person who holds a BAFA (Childcare Assistance Certificate). She can come to your home to babysit your babies and children, both during the day and in the evening. Rate: €15 per hour (to be paid directly to the babysitter on-site). EARLY/LATE CHECK-IN Check-in time is from 4 pm and check-out time is 10 am (mandatory). Subject to availability (if the house is not rented before or after your stay), early arrivals and late departures can be accepted according to the following conditions: ✔️ Early check-in * Between 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. (up to 2 hours before the scheduled time): €30 * Between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM (between 2 and 4 hours before the scheduled time): €40 * Before 12:00 p.m. (more than 4 hours in advance): €80 ✔️ Late checkout * Between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. (up to 2 hours after the scheduled time): €30 * Between 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. (between 2 and 4 hours after the scheduled time): €40 * After 2:00 PM (more than 4 additional hours): €80 ⚠️ Important Early check-in and late check-out are strictly subject to availability and must be confirmed in advance. In July and August, these options are not available, as the house is rented from Saturday to Saturday. The surcharge can be paid via Airbnb or upon arrival to avoid any cash transactions. TAXI STATION We can provide a "taxi" service to pick you up at Nemours or Moret Veneux Les Sablons train station (direct train in 46 min from Gare de Lyon in Paris) => 20 minutes maximum from the house. Pricing on request and to be paid on-site with our partner CATERING We can recommend a restaurant that we know very well: Le Jardin des Lys, located in Moret-sur-Loing. They offer delicious dishes and takeout menus: Starter/main course or main course/dessert: €24 Starter / main course / dessert: €29 Delivery is not available, but the charming village of Moret-sur-Loing is definitely worth a visit, a great opportunity to enjoy a pleasant walk!
