Tiny home in Bulldog Paradise with free puppy love

Escape the chaotic city life & enjoy rural living in beautiful Valley Center California where you are still a drive to all the great things San Diego has to offer Please keep in mind ID verification required for new users. must submit id before check in, no exception The space This is a tiny home on wheels. 240 ft² but a fantastic layout with a bedroom on one end with a full size bed and closet. It has a door for privacy which leads into the kitchen and then the living room that has a futon couch that folds out into a full size bed. On the opposite end is a bathroom with Good size standing shower. Complimentary bottled water, will be waiting for you. We also have coffee, creamer and sugar supplied. We have a large TV in living room and smaller smart TV in bedroom both wall mounted for optimal space. (ask about our stream boxes if interested in eliminating your monthly cable and TV services) Unit has a mini split ac and heating system that does a great job and is very quiet. Water pressure in kitchen sink is low, but bathroom and shower is good. water heater is only a 6 gallon water heater so showers cannot be very long. A 15 min wait between showers is recommended. Everything in tiny home is electric except for stove and oven which is run off propane. We have a backup propane tank to make sure we do not run out. If it runs out just message us and we will do the swap real quick. Tiny home has a robot vacuum if you want the place vacuumed while you are out enjoying all San Diego has to offer. The full size deck gives a glimpse of the valley view and during some winters snow on the mountain tops. The night skies in Valley Center are amazingly clear and a beautiful site nearly every night. Something to be aware of, this is a dog kennel and next door is a dog kennel. There will be occasional barking. The dogs do pretty well sleeping through the night but there is a lot of excitement on the property at around 7am when they are let out for play time and around 3pm when they are getting fed. If you are the type who likes to sleep in, this might not be the place for you. If you are easily irritated by noise this might not be the place for you. The tiny home is about 30 or 40 yd away from the kennel area. I have had long term tenants and Customers stay at the tiny home and none of them have ever had an issue with noise. We provide a Bluetooth speaker for those who like to sleep to music or white noise Also, if you don't do well in tiny spaces this may not be for you. This tiny home is 8 feet wide by 30 feet long, so it is by definition a tiny home. We have made it fairly spacious by keeping it simple and minimalistic, but know some people don't do well in small places and want people to be very aware if size. Guest access We require ID verification right after booking. Failure to provide ID will mean you surrender your booking fees and we won't be able to accommodate your stay. Tiny home is fully private for the guest and has its own yard. We do not allow guests to tour the property outside of the private yard without staff chaperone for liability reasons Other things to note The tiny home is 2 sliding doors, but none lock with keys, they both lock from inside. No need to worry as we are in a very safe area. We are a stone throw away from the sheriff's department and the entire property has surveillance (no cameras in tiny home or facing its windows and/or doors.) If you are sensitive to noise then a kennel facility might not be a great fit. although, we have never had a complaint about the dogs or noise. Also, if you don't do well in tight spaces, this may not be a good fit for you. At 240sq ft this place is defined as a tiny home. It is 8 feet wide and 30 feet long. Also, we are conveniently located near Horizen fuel center which is the cheapest gas in So Cal. Usually gas prices are .50 cents to a dollar cheaper on avg, so fill up there as often as possible. For EV vehicles, we can accommodate occasional charging as we have a Tesla wall charger on property. (Please request in advance) We cover basic cleaning and decontamination which includes trash removal and laundry service. We ask that you give the place back as close to the way as you received it and please do not leave dishes in sink. Upon request in advance wr have available a mini bullet blender to make individual drinks. We also have a fan upon request. Due to space we do not leave the fan in tiny home unless requested. Also our ev charger is available upon request. Also provided on tip of dishes and cups, we have provided paper plates and plastic cups for those who don't want to do dishes. fair warning, counter tops are abnormally tall, under the kitchen sink is a step stool for those who need a little extra height. we also have 2 folding trays for eating or setting laptop on to make a workspace. We often get asked about discounts, unfortunately we are at our lowest price point. It's quite expensive to get cleaning services and maintenance where we are located. The 2 local casinos are over $250 a night on average and are not nearly as private and definitely no puppy playtime.
