With parquet flooring, sofas and huge flat screen TV it is an ideal space to relax after a day on the beach or golf course. The kitchen has been recently updated in high-gloss white units and is very well equipped with induction hob. From the kitchen the sunny dining room , with seating for eight, leads onto the patio and rear garden through glazed doors. Upstairs there are four well appointed bedrooms. The master has a super king bed, there's a twin, a single and a double along with 2 bathrooms. The large rear garden has a patio with garden furniture and a large area of lawn, perfect for the family to relax and children to run free!
