If you are flying in from out of town you'll be happy to hear that this home is just 45 minutes away from Salt Lake City Airport. Street parking is not allowed for HEBER Airbnbs- per Heber City Guidelines) *Quiet hours are between 10PM-8AM. *A rental contract is required to be read over and signed upon reservation. *We do not provide propane for the BBQ, but sometimes there is some left behind by other guests. You are welcome to bring your own or fill up the tank we provide. *We do not provide coffee or coffee filters. Often guests leave some of theirs behind *Please let us know during your stay if anything is broken or damaged in anyway. We are only on the property to clean it and often don't use anything in the house so we need your voice to let us know if anything is wrong! Guest access Guest will have access to the entire home, enclosed backyard and driveway and garage that can park up to 6 cars! Other things to note This home is located in a subdivision where quiet-hours are strictly enforced. Please make sure that the whole group knows that 10PM-8AM are crucial to keep quiet in.
