The house itself offers ample space to gather those that you love together; and really take some time out to relax and rejuvinate. The combination of clean lines and dark walls with incredible original artworks and sculptures create a feeling of space and indulgence. The space Abernyfer Beach House has everything to make your stay wonderful. Including your own Sonos Music System, Apple TV, Apple Mac. There are beautiful spaces to relax including a gorgeous sun room. Outdoor dining space with firepit and sun loungers. The best bit? You can walk two minutes from the front door and be on the beach. There are five gorgeous bedrooms, dressed in Egyptian cotton linen & local Melin Tregwynt wool, all with beautiful views towards the sea. Abernyfer is the ideal space to relax, whether it be over a long and lazy morning with plenty of coffee and the papers or cosying up in the sunroom, with the fire lit watching the sunset behind Dinas Headland. The kitchen is well equipped with a range cooker, plenty of cooking facilities, an American fridge freezer & ice machine, and most importantly a large kitchen table to congregate. If Golf is your passion then Aberfnyfer is the perfect base to indulge in your favourite pastime. It sits on the edge of Newport Links 18 hole Golf Course which sits above the rolling sand dunes and looks out to sea. If you’re bringing along your four legged friend then the enclosed garden is a perfect space to run around and explore. Not to mention the dog friendly Newport Beach is a stones throw away. Abernyfer Beach House encompasses all that turns a great stay into an exceptional one and you will leave with a sense of rejuvenation and calm that only spending time by the sea can give. Other things to note The bedroom layout is as follows Bedroom 1 - 1 x Superking ensuite master suite with copper bath & seperate walk in shower (access via stairs) Bedroom 2 - 1 x King ensuite bedroom with walk in shower (access via stairs at the separate side of the house) Bedroom 3 - 1 x King bedroom (ground floor) Bedroom 4 - 1 x Double bedroom (ground floor) Bedroom 5 - 1 x Twin bedroom (ground floor) Two additional airbeds can also be put up in the bedrooms, however, these must be requested at the time of booking. Bedrooms 3, 4 & 5 share two well appointed walk in shower rooms also on the ground floor. A travel cot and highchair can also be provided, but these must be requested when booking. Please note travel cot bedding is not provided. The majority of the house is on the ground floor apart from the two main bedrooms. However, there are three steps from the front entrance hall down to the rest of the living space.
