The space On the border of Gers and Tarn et Garonne, Maison Kalia awaits you in its 2000m2 private park on the hillside for a relaxing stay, in the quiet of the South-West countryside. With an interior area of 220m2, it offers all the modern comforts in an authentic stone building for a group of 8 people. Typical of Gasconic houses, the main entrance opens to a central hallway distributing the different rooms on the ground floor: a fully equipped kitchen open to the dining room with a double fireplace wood stove, a living room open to the pool, with fireplace, smart 60 inch flat screen TV, sound bar and NETFLIX streaming service (UK channels included), as well as an independent 26m2 room with desk, computer, printer (+fiber internet since 2023) and sports equipment (rower, stepper, elliptical bike, abs device). 2 double bedrooms (king size bed) with 2 baths and wcs (1 en suite and 1 separate) are also available on the ground floor. Upstairs, two more spacious double bedrooms (queen size bed: 160) , sharing a bathroom, are available to accommodate 4 other guests. It is also on this level that the rest lounge (25m2) is located with a WII console with games (list on request), another 55-inch flat screen TV with access to Orange© TV, a multi-game children's table (foosball, air-hockey...), sofas and a vintage bar with stools. Outside, it's enchanting. A view without nuisance, or any opposite and absolute calm to enjoy the different terraces with garden furniture and umbrellas: a terrace with views of the rising sun near the kitchen for breakfast (a treat!) with umbrella, table and chairs, a solarium terrace with sunbathing and cushions, Chilean, garden lounges with cushions, umbrella... And finally, the covered terrace near the pool. The nerve center of a stay on sunny days, with an outdoor dining table, a gas bbq with plancha part and direct access to the summer kitchen including 4-burner gas plate, fridge, countertop with sink and ice maker, dishes, cutlery, glasses...! The pool, protected by an alarm is large (5 m by 12.5 m) with a pool up to 2.20 m deep. Free car car on the property for 4 cars. Unenclosed land. In case of monthly occupancy between October and April. A flat fee of €250/month of heating is required.
