A very comfortable home with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a bonus room and living room with open floor plan to the kitchen where you can cook your meals. Oven roaster pan, baster, pizza pan, pizza cutter, timer crock pot, seasonings. BBQ and propane fire pit (seasonal). One day complimentary continental breakfast and smores. WIFI, 2 smart Tv's, Free use of washer& dryer, heating & AC & parking. Electric vehicle charger. Children seating, children's plates, highchair & even a toilet seat for children. Workspace-desk with an 8-hour chair. Private backyard and corn hole game. Deer & wildlife frequently visit the property. Nearby park with Lewis Creek watering hole in my neighborhood (seasonal). Guest access There are no street lights in the mountains except for Oakhurst main streets. There is a florescent address marker with house numbers. Driveway has a gentle upward slope. Plenty of parking at the residence. Other things to note No guests to book with covid or suspects possibility of covid infection. There is a 6 total person occupancy which includes children of all ages. I will make exceptions for extra people, must be approved by Host in advance.
