It is a bright and airy apartment with modern decor, 3 bedrooms, lounge, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and a balcony. The rooms are all air conditioned with comfortable furnishing to help set the mood for a perfectly relaxing vacation. The location of the building & the layout of the apartment makes it ideal for families or big groups, easily accommodating 6 to 8 adults and children. The space The 11th floor apartment is easily accessible with a reception lobby and elevators. The apartment has been furnished in a minimalist fashion keeping ease and comfort in mind. All bedrooms have attached bathrooms; a dining room with a guest half bathroom; the kitchen has all the facilities needed including cooking ware, crockery, utensils, fridge, microwave etc. The lounge has a good space with a 65" TV, a recliner with a corner for reading and relaxing, and a balcony with a great view of the city. -------------------------------------------------------------------- Car rental service also available. ZAHA will not be responsible if any lawful action is taken against the guest for violating this rule or any other local laws. Guest access The apartment also has a maid room with attached toilet. Guests can use it if needed with advance request. There is also a mosque downstairs in the building. Other things to note 1. If you need a dish washing and house cleaning service, let us know at the time of booking so we can arrange in advance for a very nominal fee. For guests who stay for longer periods, we send cleaners thrice a week free of charge. This includes sweeping, cleaning, mopping of the whole apartment, washing bathrooms and doing dishes. If not, you can do it in your own; the cleaning equipment like mops, wipers, sponges etc are all there. 2. We would highly discourage guests in allowing children under 12 on the balconey alone, as well as in the passage outside the apartment where there are stairs and elevators. Although there are safety railings everywhere, cautioning and looking after the kids is your own responsibility. 3. The entire apartment and its amenities are at your disposal. Please use it like you would your own, with care and responsibility.
