Large 8 guest home, fully fenced! 2 car garage

Relax with the whole family in this spacious and peaceful ranch style home. There are two living rooms, 4 bedrooms, and 3 full baths. Enjoy the large fenced in back yard and back deck. Watch the sunset out the large west facing windows while relaxing in front of the electric fireplace. Short flight of approximately 12 steps separate the first and second floors. Responsible pet owners are welcome but a pet fee does apply. Add your pets to the reservation, please! The space You will have complete private access to this home including use of the two car garage (openers not included). The master bedroom includes a King bed with attached master bath! There is a living room on each floor. The lower level includes a gas burning fireplace as well as laundry room. There are two bedrooms on each floor with a set of stairs separating the two levels. The large back deck is the perfect place for a meal or an evening drink while watching the sunset through the trees. There is a patio and bistro table available for your use. A set of stairs lead down to the fully fenced backyard. The yard can also be accessed through sliding glass doors from the lower level. There is a large desk built into a bedroom downstairs, perfect for working from home. Please note that this is an imperfect home with signs of wear. Some areas may be scuffed or need painting but it remains a lovely and comfortable place to stay. Just keep in mind that it is a work in progress. I am always happy to be as flexible as I can with checkin and out times. Please don’t hesitate to ask! Previous reviews mention the host living in the basement. These are old and no longer apply. Guest access There is off street parking available in the driveway of the home as well as the garage. Three steps are necessary to enter the front door. Other things to note The house is 10 short minutes to Offutt AFB and 5 to Bellevue University! 20 minutes to downtown Omaha. It is also about 15 minutes from UNMC, Creighton medical center, Methodist, etc.
