The farm is located near The Roost and The Chetremon, and is 30 min. from IUP & Gobbler's Knob. The peaceful country setting invites you to spend the day relaxing by the pond, stroll up to the sassafras tree, or enjoy an evening campfire. Take a break from the craziness of life and unwind with a quiet respite here at the farm. The space NOTE: This listing is for the entire house. It includes all four bedrooms with sleeping for eight guests. Host lives in a different house on the property. Please see other Olde Sassafras Farm listings to reserve a private, double-occupancy room. The Guest House has four bedrooms thoughtfully decorated with lovely antique furnishings. Bedrooms 1 and 2 each have a queen bed and a tv with local channels. Bedroom 2 also has a private bath. The other bedrooms share the hallway bath. An additional downstairs bathroom with shower is also available for your use. A complimentary farm fresh breakfast is served each morning. Please let us know if you are interested and if you have any food restrictions when making your reservation. Guest access Common areas include the spacious living room, sunporch overlooking the pond, dining room and kitchen. During your stay I want you to enjoy the peace and quiet of the country so most of the time I'll be out of your way but right next door if you need something. Other things to note The guest house is not suitable for children under 12. All bedrooms are located on the second floor. Please do not enter barn and other outbuildings. Please do not swim in the pond.
