You will enjoy our Villa and its garden with its heated swimming pool and a breathtaking view of the mountains that you will find in the 4 large bedrooms of the house (complete with 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs). You will enjoy having breakfast on the terrace with the sunrise over the Parmelan mountains. Our villa is located in the village of Argonay, 10’ from Annecy and its lake, 25’ from ski resorts such as La Clusaz as well as Geneva airport. The space The villa is spread over three levels and includes: 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 3 toilets. The villa is arranged as follows: 1st level - Ground floor (garden level): 1 master bedroom with an Italian shower 1 bedroom with two single beds 1 bedroom with a double bed 1 independent bathroom (shower) 2nd level - Entrance level: Living area (dining room and lounge) and kitchen 3rd level - Upper floor: A master suite with a bathroom (bathtub) and a toilet, with a large terrace offering a mountain view and a private office. Near the pool, you will also find a ping-pong table with rackets, a foosball table, and a barbecue. Perfect for family or friends' gatherings. A variety of toys for all ages are available: Lego, Playmobil, board games, a gaming console, books, and comics. Baby-friendly: We provide baby cribs, a changing table, and high chairs. For children's safety, the pool is equipped with an immersed rolling cover—please remember to close it for the safety of the little ones. Ideal for remote work: A private office with screens (available upon request). The villa has fiber-optic internet for optimal connectivity, whether for work or entertainment (Sonos sound system, gaming consoles, smart TV with Netflix, Prime Video, Apple TV, Canal+, etc.). Perfect for winter stays: Close to ski resorts and the lake, with the possibility of renting skis, sleds, or snowshoes in the village. Ideal for spring and summer: Enjoy the pool and the wide variety of activities around Lake Annecy. The villa stays cool in summer, especially the bedrooms facing the garden and pool. Dyson fans are also available. Outdoor activities include a ping-pong table, badminton accessories, and a foosball table on the terrace. You can also enjoy barbecues and dine outdoors. Perfect for sports enthusiasts: Cycling and mountain biking with many trails starting from the villa. A tennis and padel tennis club is just a 10-minute walk away (contact us for reservations). Mountain activities include numerous hikes for all levels and water sports on the lake, such as water skiing and diving. Plus, Europe’s most famous paragliding spot at Col de la Forclaz is only 30 minutes away. Great for family reunions at Easter or Christmas: Depending on availability, we can also provide two apartments in Talloires on Lake Annecy, offering an additional 6 to 8 sleeping accommodations. Electric car-friendly: A charging station is available in the garage for your convenience. Parking includes a private spot and additional free spaces in the residence.
