Sip your morning coffee on the deck, surrounded by peaceful forest views, or take a short, scenic ride in our golf cart (may not be available in Winter) to the amenity-filled Towamensing Trails lake community. Spend sunny afternoons swimming in the lake or pool, renting kayaks or pedal boats, or relaxing on the sandy beach while the kids play at the playground. When you’re ready to explore, you’re just minutes from top Pocono attractions — from Jim Thorpe and Hickory Run State Park to Big Boulder, Camelback, and Lake Harmony. Guest access 🚪 Guests have full private access to the entire home, including all living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and game room. You’ll enjoy complete use of the property — just as if it were your own mountain retreat. Please note: - The outdoor shed remains locked unless the golf cart rental is available for your stay. - Two owners’ closets and one utility closet (for the home’s water system) are locked for maintenance and storage. The fully stocked kitchen has all the cookware and appliances you need for home-cooked meals — and for quick bites on the go, there’s a microwave and toaster. A starter supply of dish soap, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, and trash bags is provided. 🛏️ Restful Bedrooms No need to pack extra linens — all beds come with 100% cotton sheets, comforters, and blankets, and each bedroom has cotton bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels (beach/pool towels not included). * Master Bedroom – King Bed * Queen Bedroom – Queen Bed * Twin over Full Bedroom – Full/Twin bunk with Twin trundle (3 beds total) * Twin over Twin Bedroom – Twin bunk with Twin trundle (3 beds total) Optional: Bottom bunk can be converted to a king bed. Our chalet sleeps up to 10 guests, but is most comfortable for 6 adults, and allows a maximum of 3 dogs. 💧 Water & Utilities Enjoy fresh, balanced well water from our new filtration system. The water softener, located in the first-floor queen bedroom closet, backwashes overnight on a variable schedule to avoid daytime interruption. The closet is soundproofed, and most guests never notice it running. 🧹 Extras for Peace of Mind For minor messes from kids or doggos, cleaning supplies, broom, and vacuum are provided in the hall closet. We also supply septic-safe toilet paper, paper towels, and basic cleaning products — though guests may need to replenish items during longer stays. 🔑 Easy & Secure Entry No keys to worry about!
