Nostalgic in Nelsonville: Great back yard for pets

Our cozy cottage is located just a few blocks from the town square, making it the perfect location to explore all that downtown Nelsonville has to offer. We welcome children, infants, and pets, so bring the whole family along for the fun! The space Inside, you'll find everything you need for a comfortable stay. We have 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and a futon in the game room for additional sleeping arrangements. We also have a full-sized crib for our younger guests, along with childproofing measures such as locks and corner bumpers. Unwind and relax in our hot tub on the back deck or gather around the fire pit for some quality time with your loved ones. Our fully fenced yard is perfect for your furry friends to run around and play. For entertainment, we offer a variety of vintage games and a foosball table. And if you're looking to explore the area, we're just a short distance from popular hiking and ATV trails. Please note that Nelsonville is a small town that is still recovering from the housing market crash. While there are many charming homes in the area, there may also be boarded up homes waiting to be restored. Please be aware of this before booking and do not stay if it makes you uncomfortable. However, all the homes in our immediate block are well-maintained and our neighbors are friendly. Guest access Guests are given an electronic lockbox code for the front door. There is a gravel parking spot to the left of the home, as well as a gravel parking pad behind the home along the back of our fence. Double gates and gravel inside the fence allow guests to pull ATV vehicles in and lock them inside our fenced in yard. We do not allow outside guests, other than those on the reservation, on the property without prior approval from us. Other things to note Half a mile from the Scenic Valley Railway (walkable if you desire) 6 miles from Long Ridge Trailhead, 2.5 miles from Monday Creek, 14 miles from Tecumseh Trails. Nelsonville is a small town that was hit hard from the housing market crash. It is slowly recovering and while there are a lot of cute houses around the town, there are also vacant and boarded up homes waiting for someone to restore them back to their potential. Please be aware of this before booking and do not stay if this makes you uncomfortable. All the homes in our immediate block/area are well maintained and our neighbors are very nice. Late check out (12:30pm) or Early check in (2pm) available upon request for $65. Pets welcome with a $65 cleaning fee.
