For a night in, relax by the fire pit, watch a movie on a big-screen, challenge friends to air hockey or foosball, cozy up by the fireplace, or utilize the fast WiFi. Equipped for families with a swing set, bed rail, travel crib, high chair, toys, baby gate. The space Minutes from Lake Michigan, on Hollands peaceful Northside, sits this family friendly home. Drive two minutes down the road to spend the day at Tunnel Park Beach, or drive into Downtown Holland to enjoy the Hollands Farmers Market with award-winning restaurants and shops. With 5 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and a convertible couch, there is plenty of space for the whole family. If you have a big group, take advantage of the three indoor living spaces–hang with friends in the upstairs living room (complete with a hanging hammock chair), gather on the oversized couches to watch a movie on the 65” TV in the family room, or play air hockey, foosball, or a myriad of classic games in the basement game room. If you prefer to play outside, set-up a lawn game in the fenced-in backyard, build a fire in the fire pit, or shoot some hoops out front. There is no shortage of activities to make your beach retreat fun and relaxing. For mealtimes, prepare food in the fully-equipped kitchen, use the grill on the back deck, or go out and enjoy Holland’s vibrant dining scene. Gather around the table in the dining area indoors or enjoy the fresh air by gathering around the outdoor dining table on the deck. Between the 5 bedrooms and the pull-out couch, the house sleeps 13, plus a travel crib is available for your youngest one. The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed, with direct access to the upstairs full bathroom. Laundry is available on the lower-level. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property. We want you to enjoy your vacation so we’ve provided the following. Beach chairs, beach umbrella, bikes, wagon, stroller, beach towels, small cooler, beach toys. This area of the lakeshore is very bikeable, with bike paths lining all the major roads. Bring your bike along or use one of the bikes provided for guests in the garage. No parties in or near the premises. We are in a lovely and quiet neighborhood, so we have strict quiet hours from 10PM-8AM.
