The space Welcome to Villa64, your spacious holiday home with special charm in Scharnitz, right at the gateway to the Karwendel mountains. The house was built in 1964 and extensively renovated in 2021, carefully preserving its original character while adding modern comforts. Spread over two floors, it offers ample space and is ideal for larger groups or families seeking individual style and freedom. On the ground floor, you'll find a cozy living room for relaxation, a separate dining room for shared meals, and a large, closed kitchen that is fully equipped to comfortably cook for many guests. Also located on the ground floor is one of the five double bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs, four more stylish bedrooms with double beds await you, each equipped with a wardrobe and bedside tables. There are also two bathrooms on this floor, both equipped with bathtubs – one of which is ensuite to one of the bedrooms. Villa64 skillfully combines the charm of yesteryear with today's comfort, offering a unique retreat. Guest access As a guest in Villa64, you have access to the entire house and, of course, can also use all the shared amenities of AuraKarwendel. This includes the over 1000 m² large, fenced garden, a true paradise featuring a hot tub available for exclusive reservation, a fire pit for cozy evenings, sun loungers, a terrace, and barbecue facilities. In the basement of the house, you will find a wellbeing room with a reservable massage bed, as well as a cozy "Stube" for game nights. In the summer, free serviced rental bikes are available for your use, and in winter, you'll find free rental snowshoes and toboggans, including an ice scraper in the garage. The heated garage offers two parking spaces and two e-charging stations, which you can use free of charge. Six additional free parking spaces are located directly in front of the house. You can securely store and lock your sports equipment such as bicycles, e-bikes, or skis in the garage. Other things to note Smoking is not allowed in the entire villa. Dogs are welcome upon prior arrangement and confirmation (max. 1). They are not allowed on furniture and must not be left alone in the villa. Please indicate if you plan to bring a dog when making your inquiry. Upon request, we are happy to provide baby cots and extra beds for adults.
