The neighborhood offers inviting amenities such as a community pavilion, grill, fire pit, and gaming green space right next door. This home has an open floor plan with modern rustic finishes, two bedrooms, two full baths, and a well-appointed kitchen. You will feel right at home in the open concept kitchen/living area equipped with a cozy electric fireplace. WiFi is provided in the home as well as three Roku Smart TV’s and Cable TV in the living room Guest access Guests will have access to entire home. Other things to note We have stocked your home with a starter supply of toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels, garbage bags, dishwashing soap, and laundry soap to get you started. If you happen to run out or need additional supplies during your stay, you can replenish at a nearby store. Towels and linens are provided. Please bring your own shower and bath toiletries. Friendly reminder~ No pets allowed and no smoking or vaping on the premises. There will be a $500.00 fine for any unauthorized pets or smoking on premises.
