The house is located in the heart of Trentemoult, an old fishing village with colorful facades, lined with hopper roses, on the banks of the Loire. It is spacious,bright,overlooking a garden and a terrace on the other. First beaches about twenty minutes away. Pornic,its coves and superb walks on the customs trail, 40 minutes away. Very close to town. The house is very well equipped . We only rent from 7 nights. The space It's a spacious house. Crossing east west, between terrace and garden. 70 m2 living room with American kitchen, very bright, very bright. A TV desk with sofa bed in140 and a bathroom. 4 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the 1st floor. 2 bedrooms, small living room and bathroom on the second. Very bright house. Guest access You will have access to the whole house except the garage. Other things to note A terrace overlooks the kitchen (east side) and a garden on the west side. Linens and towels are not provided. However, if you are unable to take care of it, the cost will be €100. As far as cleaning is concerned, nothing is asked of you as long as you take the time to leave the house clean, all the products are at your disposal. Nevertheless, if you are unable to do the cleaning, we ask you to tell us when you arrive and the cost will be 180 €. A deposit cheque in the amount of 1500€ will be requested upon arrival and will be returned upon departure. Please respect the place. This is our main dwelling and we are, of course, very attached as each of us can do when it comes to its small nest.
