*Price incl. 7% VAT* Welcome to our lovingly and functionally designed holiday apartment, which was specially designed for people who are young at heart. Enjoy the central, yet quiet location. The apartment is fully equipped, including towels and bed linen, and is only about a five-minute walk from the basilica in Ottobeuren. Numerous shops, the swimming pool, pharmacies and ATMs are also within easy walking distance. The space The independent apartment is located on the ground floor of a holiday home and consists of the following rooms: • 1 bedroom with a double bed for 2 people (1.8x2m), wardrobe and chest of drawers. • 1 living/dining room/bedroom with sofa bed (1.4x2m), 42’’ TV, radio, dining table and chair. A highchair for children is available if required. This passage room leads to the kitchen, the bedroom and the small hallway in the apartment. • 1 kitchen with dishwasher, microwave oven, refrigerator, stove, oven, coffee maker, sink, crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils and a number of different household appliances. • 1 bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, washing machine and window. There are also a few chairs and a table in the outdoor area. Towels and linens are freshly laundered and provided. You will also find additional utensils for daily use in the respective rooms. Due to the location on the ground floor, the rooms remain at a pleasant temperature even without air conditioning when the outside temperature is high. Feel at home during your stay. Guest access You have the apartment to yourself. There is a separate entrance to the apartment. The entrance to the house is shared with the apartment on the upper floor. Free parking is possible at the house or in the parking lot across the street. Extension option: On the upper floor there is another holiday apartment (HoLiDay MAIsoNETTE Allgäu), which can be booked separately if required and subject to availability. Another option is to book the entire holiday house (HoLiDay HouSE Allgäu). Flexibility and security: The house is equipped with a key safe, which allows you to arrive flexibly. In order to prevent unauthorized access, there is a camera in the foyer. The foyer is shared with the holiday apartment on the upper floor. Other things to note The accommodation is an excellent starting point for numerous shopping and leisure activities. Both the Oberallgäu, Munich, Ulm, Kempten and the Lake Constance region can be reached in less than an hour by car. I do not live in close proximity to our holiday apartment and therefore cannot be there in person. Nevertheless, it is very important to us to make our guests' stay as pleasant as possible.
