*Price incl. 7% VAT* Welcome to our spacious holiday apartment in picturesque Ottobeuren in Unterallgäu. Here you can enjoy a central yet quiet location, perfect for your relaxation. The apartment is fully equipped, including towels and bed linen, and is only about a five-minute walk from the basilica in Ottobeuren. Numerous shops, the swimming pool, pharmacies and ATMs are also within easy walking distance. The space The independent apartment extends over 3 floors (1st floor to 3rd floor - American: 2nd to 4th floor) of a holiday home and consists of the following rooms: • 2 bedrooms (1st floor and 3rd floor): in the bedroom on the 1st floor there is a double bed for 2 people (1.8x2m), in the bedroom on the 3rd floor there are 3 single beds (0.9x2m). • 1 very spacious living room (2nd floor): sofa bed (1.4x2m), wardrobe, 60'' Smart TV and Playstation (PS3). • 1 fully equipped kitchen (1st floor): dishwasher, microwave oven, refrigerator, stove, oven, coffee maker, crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils and a number of miscellaneous household appliances. • 1 dining room (1st floor), which can also be used as a workspace, offers space for eating, playing, or socializing. Additionally, a high chair for children is available. • 2 bathrooms (1st floor and 2nd floor): the bathroom on the 1st floor consists of a bathtub, washbasin and window. The bathroom on the 2nd floor consists of a shower, washing machine and skylight. • 1 guest toilet (1st floor). The apartment is equipped with heaters and fans, but not air conditioning. There is also a bench, a few chairs and a table in the outdoor area. Towels and linens are freshly laundered and provided. You will also find additional utensils for daily use in the respective rooms. Feel at home during your stay. Guest access You have the apartment to yourself. There is a private entrance to the apartment. The entrance to the house is shared with the apartment on the ground floor. Free parking is possible at the house or in the parking lot across the street. Extension option: On the ground floor there is another apartment (HoLiDay ApartMENT Allgäu), which can be booked separately if needed and subject to availability. Another option is to book the entire holiday house (HoLiDay HouSE Allgäu). Flexibility and security: The house is equipped with a key safe, which allows you to arrive flexibly. In order to prevent unauthorized access, there is a camera in the foyer. The foyer is shared with the holiday apartment on the ground floor. Other things to note The accommodation is an excellent starting point for numerous shopping and leisure activities. Both the Oberallgäu, Munich, Ulm, Kempten and the Lake Constance region can be reached in less than an hour by car.
