I'd like to welcome you to an extremely picturesque apartment redesigned and renovated to be both classic and modern. Located in the beautiful Eastern Suburbs of Sydney, literally footsteps away from Parsley Bay beach swimming and a short stroll to Vaucluse Bay, Nielsen Park, Kutti Beach and Watsons Bay. The space My architect-designed apartment consists of open plan, spacious living areas with plenty of natural light, with a gas fireplace for cosy nights in and a 65inch smart television to chill out in the evening or catch up on the news. There is a private study off the main living area, and I leave a computer available for use there, but of course there is wireless high-speed internet throughout the apartment if you prefer to use your own devices. The bedrooms have overhead fans and plenty of wardrobe space, and there's a bathtub in the ensuite and shower in the guest bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make anything from toast in the mornings to haute cuisine in the evenings - on the off chance that you're worn out there are amazing eateries in the vicinity. Guest access Access is through a security code, so no need to fuss around with keys. Also plenty of parking on the street outside the apartment. Please note early access is subject to guests and cleaning. it can be a busy day with guests leaving in the morning around 10am and new guests wanting to arrive as early as possible. There is no secure safe area to store luggage if you do arrive early. However there is a space inside the entrance foyer next to the stairs which can accommodate an early bag drop but it's up to the individual. The building and area are generally safe from intruders but I do recommend not leaving anything valuable in case. It's up to each guest to manage their belongings prior to arrival and during their stay. Other things to note The neighbour next door is rebuilding so there is occasional noise but it’s not constant and is only during working hours. I’ve had very few issues from guests and good reviews, quite often guests return for a second stay as they love it here in Parsley Bay. One final note, if you're interested in a morning or afternoon out exploring Sydney harbour, I have a beautiful sailing boat and can offer you a private or small group bespoke tour.
